The team combines a core strategy of structured deals that provide bespoke capital solutions to corporates, with other opportunistic strategies including arbitrage, value from hard catalyst, and fundamental investments. All trades aim to be designed with strong downside protection, attractive yield, and equity-like upside optionality.

Continuation Vehicles led by top quartile private equity sponsors motivated and aligned to deliver substantial value in select assets they already own, manage, and intimately know.

Tyrus Capital deploys capital through a program of closed-ended funds that allow immediate distribution of proceeds to investors and through an evergreen structure designed to allow seamless compounding of returns.

The Global Convertibles strategy seeks to offer superior risk-adjusted returns through the fundamental and tactical selection of high quality and convex convertible bonds.

The fund aims to benefit from equity upside while maintaining bond-like downside protection and low realized volatility. The strategy has daily liquidity and is optimised for institutional investors, e.g., Solvency Il, SRI, and ESG constraints.
